Most of the items are photographs from his career between 1858-1942, with the bulk of the photographs of scenery of the Western United States and Mexico, but also includes many images from Asian and Pacific countries visited from 1894-1896 as part of the World Transportation Commission Travels. Also contains some works of art in various media by Jackson.
